Relaxation – A Full Body Chill Out Experience - Meditation
Good morning and hope you're all having a great bank holiday. I don't know about you but I am getting a very strong feeling from the Angels to ensure our mind, body and soul are kept in beautiful condition to ease our way through the ascension transition.
So if you know you could do with relaxing or are finding it difficult to rest or relax, then perhaps indulge yourself and try this meditation. Don't worry that it is an hour long...time just disappears when you are relaxed and in the zone..or that it is a meditation...just follow my words..it is that easy. For those who love meditation this is perfect 'ME' time.

Dear Cosmic

After
watching Diana and Kathy’s videos I have come across this wonderful program
called Apophysis. This program enables you to create unique images, which I
would like to share with you. These images can reflect your mood, your
behaviour, your thoughts and many other emotional states that you may
experience.
Diana and
Kathy always refer to your auras and chakras, I have managed to create this
wonderful image, which represents what I believe corresponds to the heart
chakra, due to the nature of its green colour.
A possible
representation of this amazing image may also be the Earth. As you start from
the centre of the image the four immediate following circles represent the
North, South, East and the West. As you carry on towards the edge, the larger
circles represent the sunrise and the sunset; these outer circles resemble to the
moon setting to the west and the sun rising from the east.

have been opened it will allow you to embrace inner peace and balance
